CoachMarque, the only universally recognised kite mark of quality in the UK coach industry, and
The Guild of British Coach Operators
which represents some of the UK's top coach travel, hire and bus
companies, all of whom are dedicated to offering a Quality Assured
Coach & Bus hire & tour service in the England, Scotland and
Wales.
We are also one of the founder members of the Consortium of
Independent Tour Operators, who are a collection of high quality
companies who work together to maintain and improve standards.
In
accordance with the EC Package Holiday Regulations, Galloway are bonded
by the Coach Holiday Scheme, arranged by the Confederation of Passenger
Transport. This protects clients’ money and holidays on coach travel in
the event of financial failure of the operator.
Galloway also holds an Air Tour Operators' Licence which
provides similar protection to passengers who are booked on air
holidays.
