We have hundreds of items left on our coaches and buses each year, and we do all we can to reunite them with their owners.

Please note the following important points:

• Lost property must be collected personally from our Mendlesham office.
• We may be able to get it to one of our sales offices, from where it can be collected.
• Lost property cannot be delivered nor returned by our drivers.
• All lost property is held at our Mendlesham office for 1 month after which it is disposed of
